The multi-layer map Stadt & Klang [City & Sound] we designed and edited, was aimed at providing a wide range of approaches to the subject matter of acoustics in built environments, and at joyfully provoking as much synergy as possible between diverse perspectives as offered in the contributions. The map includes articles and pictures by ourselves as well as by seven invited authors, all of them specialists in different professional fields:
